1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be a jewelry product sold by Lumin Jewellery.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.
2. RETURNS PROCESS To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team with the order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Please package the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and tags, and send it back to the return address we have provided.
3. REFUND PROCESSING Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund based on your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the original price of the item, but will not include shipping costs and any applicable return processing fees.
4. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item or a shipping error on our part.
5. DISCLAIMER We reserve the right to refuse the return of non-conforming merchandise. Additionally, the return policy does not apply to personalized, engraved, or special order items unless there is a quality issue with the item.
